Inside Sales Representative
Ground Labs are global experts in sensitive data discovery. Our software helps companies of all sizes discover, remediate and monitor sensitive personal data across on-premise storage and in the cloud to meet global data security standards. We are headquartered in Singapore with key offices in Dublin (Ireland), Austin (Texas, USA) and Sydney (Australia).
We are looking to increase our business development and lead generation efforts in ANZ, and this could be the opportunity for you to step up to an Enterprise sales level. Candidate must be driven, has an entrepreneurial mindset and has proven track record in establishing partnerships with clients in the software industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying and generating new leads from target business segments
- Converting new leads to pipelines based on qualification
- Work with resellers and partners in the region to qualify deal registrations to build pipeline
- Engagement with clients and prospects, and apply information back to the business and Sales team
- Work closely with Marketing as part of sales deliverables, and participate in client, partner and trade events
- Responsible to work with existing customer in annual renewals in effort to increase gross profits
- Track and reporting your measurable sales activities results on a weekly basis
REQUIREMENTS
- A sales hunter – self motivated and possess aggressive sales personality in achieving results
- Preferably with 2+ years of on-quota, B2B sales experience in a highly competitive market
- Proven successful track record of closing business, selling software licenses/subscriptions
- A consultative and customer centric sales approach
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and follow instruction
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Well versed in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Salesforce experience is advantageous)
